CATI Training Systems LLC Formed

Daleville, Alabama – September 24, 2008

CATI Simulation Operations, formerly of Alion Science and Technology, was officially and completely divested on 23 September 2008. CATI Training Systems has been formed by private investors and is now an independent corporation. All of CATI assets were purchased including all trademarks, software IP, products and license agreements. CATI Training Systems has retained all personnel and equipment that formed the CATI Simulation Operations at the time of divestiture.  No interruption to services or deliveries to our existing customers is anticipated during this transition. As a small business, CATI can now offer a more competitive option in government contracting while maintaining the high standards and industry leading capabilities that CATI is known for. This action establishes CATI Training Systems as an independent small business that will enable a more flexible and agile response to current and future customers.

The new CATI Training Systems business will continue to focus on providing outstanding value and customer services to our valued business customers within the US Army Aviation community which includes Rotary Wing Trainers as well as the emerging Unmanned Air Vehicle Training market. CATI Training Systems will continue to provide outstanding performance and value to the commercial training market including domestic and international commercial airline training centers throughout the world.

Offices in Daleville, Alabama, and Montreal, Canada will remain in operation to serve our diverse and growing customer base and provide uninterrupted service to our valuable customers. CATI Training Systems team can be reached at our prior numbers and email during the transition period.
